Huong's Vietnamese Restaurant is a family business on St. John Street, Portland, Maine. It is owned by Calvin Ho, whom was the first to open a restaurant in Portland that focused primarily on pho, the popular Vietnamese beef noodle soup, near Portland High School. After a long absence, the family is back ready to satisfy the cravings of many Pho-lovers.
